How does the One & Only Registry work?+
When you order, we register both of your names together in the One & Only Registry. Each name can only ever be registered once, so once you order your One & Only ring, you can never order another one. Both names are also engraved inside the band, so the ring only ever belongs to the two of you.
What if my name is already registered?+
Every order is checked by hand before anything is engraved. If either of your names is already in the registry, it means a One & Only ring has already been made with that name. In that case your order will be declined and refunded in full, and nothing is engraved.
Do I need an ID?+
No. Your two names, registered together and engraved inside the band, are your registration.
How do I find the right size?+
Borrow a ring they already wear on that finger and measure across the inside, edge to edge. Then tap "Find the size" in step II to match it.
What comes in the box?+
Your engraved ring, the double-door "My One and Only" box with a satin ribbon, the light-up ring box and your Promise Agreement card. The box and the agreement are free.
